Field Trip to CCMB – Inspiring Young Minds
On 26th September 2025, the Class 10 students of Cal Public School had the privilege of visiting the Centre for Cellular and Molecular Biology (CCMB), Habsiguda, on the occasion of CSIR Foundation Day.
This exclusive Open Day provided our students with a unique opportunity to witness cutting-edge research, advanced scientific equipment, and interactive exhibits, giving them a real-world perspective of modern biology.
A standout feature of the visit was the low-cost model exhibition, where innovative projects created from waste materials showcased creativity, sustainability, and scientific thinking.
The student researchers presented projects on topics such as microbial growth, brain function, development of living organisms, and conservation genetics, explaining their work with enthusiasm, clarity, and insight. The experience left our students highly inspired and motivated to explore scientific research further.
The initiatives not only enhance students’ academic understanding but also nurture curiosity, innovation, and a lifelong passion for learning.
