Skating @ CALPS

The school has an in-house skating rink that is helpful in giving ideal coaching for the sport of skating. It must be said that skating is a sport that requires very high level of mind and body co-ordination and thus it is one of the most difficult sport to maneuver. And to cater to the specific needs of this acrobatically challenging sport a dedicated coach handles the training requirements.

• Congratulations to V. Ajith – Wonder Book of Records Achiever! We are immensely proud to share that V. Ajith of Class IV – Darwin has earned a place in the Wonder Book of Records for his outstanding performance in “5 Hours Non-Stop Skating – Operation Support Our Soldiers.”This remarkable achievement highlights Ajith’s endurance, discipline, and dedication to the sport of skating. His success not only celebrates his personal excellence but also inspires his peers to pursue their passions with the same determination.

• Harikrishna Shines Bright, Securing Gold at the Interschool Skating Competition, GoKarting Skating Rink, Hyderabad – 16th October 2025!

Secunderabad Public School, Maredpally, hosted its Annual Inter-School Tournament on 20th November 2025 at the school campus. The event brought together enthusiastic participants and showcased remarkable talent across various sports.

We are delighted to announce that D. Harikrishna, from Class 9 – Galileo, won the Gold Medal in the Interschool Skating Competition held on 16th October 2025 at the GoKarting Skating Rink, Hyderabad.

Harikrishna’s exceptional performance and commitment to excellence have brought pride and recognition to our school. We congratulate him on this remarkable achievement and wish him continued success in future competitions.
